- Estimated wait times are updated at least once an hour.
- "No delay" means less than 10 minutes.
- CBSA offices only appear on the webpage during hours of operation.

The standard wait times we have set for travellers are:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 minutes
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 20 minutes
