National Targeting Centre
The National Targeting Centre (NTC) issues "do not load" and "hold" messages on Advance Commercial Information (ACI) Air and ACI Marine cargo. For more information on how to have these messages removed, please contact NTC at 1-855-NTC-1CNC (1-855-682-1262).
Penalty Waivers – Electronic B3s
If you would like to apply for a penalty waiver for an overdue Customs Automated Data Exchange / Customs Declaration (CADEX/CUSDEC) B3, please send a fax containing your contact information, details of the electronic B3 transaction and the reason the penalty should be waived to the following:
