21st apprehension of "Wanted by the CBSA" individual

Ottawa, Ontario, March 6, 2012 – The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) today announced the apprehension of Lorenzo Salvador Cid Guerra, who is featured on the "Wanted by the CBSA" list.

Lorenzo Salvador Cid Guerra was apprehended on March 3 by the Toronto Police Service as a result of a tip, in the Greater Toronto Area. Cid Guerra, who is inadmissible for organized criminality, is currently in CBSA detention.

To date, as a result of the "Wanted by the CBSA" program, Canadians have assisted in locating 21 individuals in Canada. The CBSA has removed over a dozen of these individuals from Canada. Additionally, four individuals were located abroad.

Members of the public are reminded that they should not take action to apprehend the individuals listed on the CBSA Web site. Any information on the whereabouts of these wanted individuals should be reported to the CBSA Border Watch Toll-free Line at 1-888-502-9060.
