Stakeholder consultations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) worked collaboratively with the trade community to successfully implement previous phases of the Advance Commercial Information (ACI) program. The CBSA is committed to maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders from all facets of the trade community regarding the design, development and implementation of eManifest, the third phase of the ACI program.

The CBSA is working closely with industry stakeholders through the eManifest Stakeholder Partnership Network (eSPN) and the Border Commercial Consultative Committee (BCCC)to ensure that the views and perspectives of the trade community are taken into account in developing an initiative that supports Canada's trade and security requirements.

These consultations have contributed to the program's direction and will continue throughout development in areas such as those outlined under topics of discussion.
