- The references to expired Tariff classification numbers 9954.00.00.00 or 9957.00.00.00 have been removed.
- Appendix A has been revised to include revisions to definitions to the following fields:
- Field #1 Vendor;
- Field #4 Consignee
- Field #5 Purchaser
- Field #7 Country of Origin of the Goods;
- Field #12 Specification of commodities to include Plant and Animal descriptors
- The name of the issuing office has been updated.
