- This memorandum contains the CIFTA Rules of Origin Regulations, including Schedule I to the CIFTA Rules of Origin Regulations – Specific Rules of Origin.

Summary
This memorandum contains the CIFTA Rules of Origin Regulations that are to be used for the determination of origin of goods for the purposes of the CIFTA tariff treatment, enacted pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Customs Tariff.
