Certain Thermoelectric Coolers and Warmers - Notice of Initiation of Investigations

Ottawa, May 15, 2008

The Canada Border Services Agency initiated investigations on May 15, 2008, under the Special Import Measures Act, respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain thermoelectric coolers and warmers from China.  The investigations follow a complaint filed by Koolatron Corporation of Brantford, Ontario.
