The Canada Border Services Agency initiated investigations on August 24, 2009, under the Special Import Measures Act, respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain oil country tubular goods from China. The investigations follow a complaint filed by Tenaris Canada, of Calgary, Alberta; Evraz Inc. NA Canada, of Regina, Saskatchewan, and Lakeside Steel Corporation, of Welland, Ontario.
