On January 6, 2010, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) in respect of faced rigid cellular polyurethane-modified polyisocyanurate thermal insulation board originating in or exported from the United States of America.

The goods in question are commonly classified under the following Harmonized System classification number:

  • 3921.13.99.10

Provisional duty is payable on the subject goods that are released from the CBSA on or after January 6, 2010.
