Departmental Consolidation
of the Customs Tariff – 2004

This Departmental Consolidation is based on information available at the time of printing. Any changes made to the Customs Tariff after November 1, 2003 are not included, but will be reflected in an amendment package.

The changes to the Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff 2004 are as follows:

  • amendments made pursuant to the Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2002-4, P.C. 2002-1087, SOR/2002-244 (various effective dates);
  • amendments made pursuant to the Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Canada-Israel Agreement Tariff), No. 1, P.C. 2003-1621, SOR/2003-344 (effective November 1, 2003);
  • amendments to statistical suffixes

Change bars identify all the above-mentioned changes.

A summary of changes describing the status of each change is also included for your reference.
