Further to Tariff Notices TN-41 and TN-42, related to the upcoming T2009-5 (July 1, 2009) Amendment Package, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) wishes to inform you that
the "Chapters 01-99; Single PDF file (PDF, 7.3 MB)" version of the July 1, 2009 Customs Tariff is now available on the "Customs Tariff" page.

The CBSA also wishes to advise you that:

• Supplementary note 2 to Section XI will be amended
• Tariff Item 9971.00.00 will be amended
• Tariff Item 2309.90.37 will be added
• The following current Tariff Items will be replaced
  • 0208.40.00 by 0208.40.10 and 0208.40.90
  • 1516.10.00 by 1516.10.10 and 1516.10.90
  • 1603.00.10 by 1603.00.11 and 1603.00.19
  • 2301.10.00 by 2301.10.10 and 2301.10.90
  • 8901.10.00 by 8901.10.10 and 8901.10.90
  • 8901.20.00 by 8901.20.10 and 8901.20.90
  • 8901.90.90 by 8901.90.91 and 8901.90.99
  • 8906.90.90 by 8906.90.91 and 8906.90.99
