Further to Tariff Notice TN-45, related to the T2009-6 (August 1, 2009) Amendment Package, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) wishes to inform you that the " Single-file PDF (PDF, 7.4 MB) " version of the August 1, 2009 Customs Tariff is now available on the "Customs Tariff" page.

However, the "Chapter-by-chapter, PDF files" version of the Customs Tariff is not currently available; it should be accessible in early August.
