This is to advise you of certain errors in the "Chapters 01-99; Single PDF file (7.4 MB) – effective August 1, 2009" and the "Winzipped Microsoft Access file – effective August 1, 2009" versions of the Customs Tariff that were posted to the CBSA website 2009-07-24.

1. Tariff item 1701.91.10 should have read 1701.91.10 00
2. Tariff Item 1701.99.90 should have read "1701.99.90 - - - Other", not "1701.99.91 10 - - - Other"
3. Classification number 1701.99.90.10 (Icing Sugar) was omitted
4. The Unit of Measure was omitted from classification numbers 1702.90.21.00 and 1702.90.29.00.
5. The Peru Tariff Treatment (PT) is not applicable to tariff items 3504.00.11, 3504.00.12 and 3504.00.90.

The necessary corrections have been made to those files, indentified by the change from the previous “date issued/updated” of 2009-07-24.
